Chunkies Cookies wasn’t founded by a pastry chef, a marketing team, or a venture-backed startup with a million-dollar business plan. Which I didn’t know we could do! Call me.

I’ve spent most of my life as a tattoo artist. Along the way, I’ve built businesses, organized events, led teams, and created things with my hands. Cookies came later, during my recovery after becoming paralyzed.

What started as a simple idea quickly became an obsession: creating cookies that were better, and not easily forgotten. Not diet cookies. Not cookies designed by a committee.

Just really f*<€ing good cookies.

Every Chunkies cookie is made with the same philosophy: do it right, use premium ingredients, and never cut corners.

Today, Chunkies does local deliveries and ships oversized gourmet cookies nationwide from Texas. Some flavors are timeless classics. Others push the boundaries of what a cookie can be. Every one of them is crafted with a single goal:

Make the best cookie someone eats all week.

We’re not the biggest cookie company.

We’re not trying to be.

Make cookies people can’t wait to tell their friends about.

And honestly, that’s how “Almost World Famous” begins.
